AT&T is Not For Me

Recently AT&T launched a new campaign using a slightly hefty Luke Wilson to describe the benefits of using their network. One of these commercials blurt out a list of smaller towns that AT&T has coverage in and one of these towns is Bozeman, Montana, which is where I live. I called them to get a new phone for my fiancée, Kether. However, they told me they could not send a phone to me, because their network is in fact not in this area.Luke Wilson, Spreading AT&Ts Lies

So I asked to speak with a supervisor about this to see if there was a possibility of getting this waived, however, the manager said there was no way. But in this way of telling me no, he said it in such a condescending tone that I took insult, to add to the situation he also told me that he had not seen this commercial, so I suggested playing it over the phone on you tube. He declined, saying that would be irrelevant. So I spoke about how he was wrong, and it was highly relevant and this is exactly why AT&T has to cling to the iPhone because they have no way of holding on to the last bit of market share that they have. That people like him and a company like this is why the consumer, who they are supposed to work for, are losing the market share percentages to Verizon because besides the iPhone holders, people are feeling, “What is the point!?” AT&T does not care, Nick Vaccado (that is the name of the sales manager) does not care, and Luke Wilson does not care. This is the negative facts of dealing with conglomerations, they are able to make too many lies and too many exaggerations without being held accountable. I was practically begging to continue to be a customer of AT&T, now they will have to beg me to stop spreading negative news about them. AT&T lies and they are guilty of false advertising!
